RGBP deliberately went dark to create the fake expectation that when they report again somehow the company is legit and doing what they should be. It's all an elaborate ruse they go dark file go dark file go dark etc. It's to always have investors "expecting news" meanwhile they continue to prey on investors "hopes" and sell billions of more shares.

It's a shame they are so successful at tricking so many into buying billions of diluted shares...

The scam continues....
