If this just hit under a penny twice from news of their upcoming plans, I can't see this staying this low once the filings are in and announcements have been made, which doesn't include their event announcements which was what pushed it up before. It may or may not run crazy, but it won't stay down here, especially since this will grow to even more in the long run.
