number sleven, If JT decided to do the offering because he did not get
an acceptable BP BO deal and he thought that building sales would lead
to an even better BO offer down the road, then (in hindsight) it was a
poor move. JT always clamed that he wanted to maximize shareholder value.
Obviously, even with the benefit of the raise he did not accomplish that.
I honestly believe JT may have received an indication of interest that
he deemed unacceptable. Sadly, he may have miscalculated his ability
to increase sales and/or to sell the company. For whatever reason(s)
Amarin has failed to gain solid sales traction. My hope now is for
KM to negotiate a reasonable deal to sell AMRN to a BP. The reasons
should be obvious.
