if the previous kitchen didn`t have a hood that could be a small setback....however it`s a item made of 304 stainless.....and assembled and welded off site.....halon system also required

this would be planned, and fabricators would have been on site for dimensions when they signed the lease...no big deal....their will be a permit filed for hood and explosion proof wiring and lighting up in the hood.. there will be an electrical permit somewhere

i did this crap for 40 years with my electrical company...since i had work underway in several locations at once ......sometimes i would take half a day just to drive around to a handfull of citi halls .....and file permits......sometimes the work was already done....NO WORRIES!!....it`s under control
