RGBP preys on Investor's hopes that it will become current on OTC. It has a long history of lapsing in reporting. Then "suddenly" it becomes reporting and current again. This is an elaborate ruse to lure investor's hopes that somehow "things are different" this time around.

RGBP is an ongoing elaborate share selling scam hiding behind some worthless "medical patents".
