The float and low price got my attention to buy

Got some SSER a couple months ago. TX inc. Ben Berry of Synergy Mgt. petitions for TX stocks from time to time. SSER is 974k float

Lets say Sept 28 passes. As I understand it, non pink current stocks will go grey sheet and we can buy and sell?

The CE stocks will go to expert market?

If custodians petition after Sept 28, my assumption is petitions can still be done.........only the process will take longer due to grey market clean up?

Might pick up some more NV shells. Been most selective about it
