The lawsuits are a worn out excuse for NWBO not doing their job with public and shareholder relations.

But let us pretend all the investigations snd lawsuits were in bad faith as you say. That in that case the reason they stopped is not because silence prevents them but because silence achieved the goal they sag ought:

The reason lawsuits mostly stopped is that the other side sees no reason to stop NWBO from self-destructing. If their goal was really to destroy NWBO’s share price and ability to finance non-toxically or find new big investors easily, and NWBO is doing it for them, why become the story? Why give CREW (the pro-management Phase 5 since we have not heard from them) any ammunition when you are getting the results you want.
