Thanks, all this may be the case, but I can't believe that an Institution who's charter indicates that it invests in NYSE stocks can invest and hold NWBO without reporting it over quarters. If I'm wrong about that, I don't know why Institutions would even have charters indicating what they're investing in.

Regardless of where things are today, I believe that by the time we're stably trading somewhere in excess of $5 we'll find that Institutional ownership has reached 50% of the stock, and by the time we're $10 or more I expect it to be 70% or more. In part newly issued shares may provide some of what the Institutions want, but clearly for the Institutions to own most of the issued stock, many small investors will have sold some or all of their positions. The greatest percentage gains may be made by us small investors, but it's Institution's who'll be making the greatest dollar gains on average.

I know that many of us are saying we're long term investors who'll be holding much, if not all our shares. Perhaps we will, but clearly many are eventually tempted to sell or Institution's wouldn't hold the majority of most of the higher priced stocks.
