I think there would have to be SEC filings, filed majority ownership changes, and conversion, and sales filings, and then common shares volume to support it. 300,000,000 shares sold would be a lot of volume, and xeri price would be much much lower.

Sometimes the introduction of a claim undermining of one idea as means really to justify discredit of the source of an original but countering claim is just bullshit to begin with, and running with that bullshit for the sake of liking someone over any reasonableness asserted is what occurs.
