Yes, I know they are aware. But many an OTC sticker has failed to get current DESPITE know the deadlines. I don't think that's the case with RGBP, but I only wonder if they know how serious it is to have restrictions put on your ticker by major brokers such as TD Ameritrade. Perhaps he's never been involved with that before and thinks it's no big deal. Trust me, it's a big deal. Broker restrictions can take a ticker down 50% in a matter of a day or two. Seen it many times.
