I've seen your posts before and I mostly agree with you. Yes, Mr. Sharp has leveraged Humbl warrants to push up Forwardly, Inc. It definitely seems like a house of cards.

My interest is in how many shares are actually trading. Humbl stock had an enormous run starting late last year. That seems to indicate a tight float. I wouldn't discount the possibility that there could be a (another?) short squeeze at some point.

I don't know if Tesoro Enterprises languished so long that remaining shareholders all forgot they owned shares or what happened. I'm not privy to who owns shares. I'm not confident that the shares will keep drifting down without becoming a rocket ship first.
