If these guys are actually serious about saving lives from ASCVD and are not just virtue signaling, how can they NOT acquire Amarin, when adding V to the current therapy decreases CV death by 30%?

Even if they don't make a fortune from selling V, if they are as virtuous as they claim to be, this is a no brainer... unless of course if they don't actually mean what they say.
