Kidding aside, the BAPE is an environmental impact report that is required for Authier. The company did not do a good job with it a few years ago and got strong opposition from the local tribes and environmental organizations. However, the company learned from its mistakes and started doing a much better job by addressing issues and engaging with the community. I feel confident that the permit will be granted soon. In the meantime, the company can start producing from NAL, which is not as good a resource as Authier, but it is fully permitted. The report below mentions a bit about BAPE.
