I strongly doubt top line data has been shared but I could imagine that the docs at ECLA may give a general thumbs up or down and suggest Amarin ramp up supplies and prepare for international distribution.
Couple thoughts:
1) I don’t see the US as being the primary market for V treating Covid, I see ROW with lower vaccine usage being the most interested and I see governments buying in bulk (eg: Argentina buys 100,000 bottles to hand out at hospitals when a high risk Pt tests positive)
2) I don’t think an official FDA nod is that critical in getting V to US Covid pts. It’s approved, available and can be used off label.
3) supply is going to be the problem.
