Officially no settlement for the 7th week upon filing that so called "negotiations" were happening. 7 weeks is a long time to negotiate something that could be settled over sliders and a few beers. It tells you that Chemdiv wants this to go to court, imo. I believe Chemdiv is so confident with their case that they'll not only get the jury to side with them but they'll officially bankrupt Koos and stop him from ever ripping off another vendor or investor ever again
