Rock, I'm under the impression is was 6 months that no one could sell, even the Saudis, but that was formulate back at the announcement and might be foggy and/or deal structure changed. Will do some research on it over the weekend.

I thought six months was arrived at to give the appearance that the deal had a stronger commitment by all parties than a deal with less time.
