Hweb, SGMA

Why would SGMA have bought WAGZ & diluted by 2.4M shares if the WAGZ acquisition will add nothing ? Here is from a post of Yahoo Finance. What do you think ?

Dun and Bradstreet reports 1.5 million in 2020 revenues. The PR from SigmaTron states " the fundamentals driving the attractiveness of the opportunity have strengthened (since the LOI was announced in June 2020)". The primary WAGZ product, the Freedom Smart Collar, has yet to launch. Obviously, that is expected to drive significant revenues - those currently on the market range from $80 - $250 per unit. The WAGZ prototype I've seen on YouTube has more capabilities than any I've seen (my source is a PC Mag review of the top smart collars for 2021 dated December 2020. The WAGZ Smart Collar comes will generate additional revenue from a monthly subscription fee, as do the leading candidates currently on the market. So WAGZ will add a slight bump in revenues immediately upon acquisition and add ever increasing revenues as the Freedom Collar sales and subscriptions are realized.
