Supply chain issues mean nothing?? Um ok. Not sure how you can ship product when you don't have the stuff to make it. Good luck on SGMA. I think it's more of a trader up here. And snagged a few on the dip. But it could easily fall back to the $5's next week.
I can tell you're new to SGMA if you think they're gonna earn $1/share after the dilution. Earnings are lumpy. There's seasonality. The inventory adjustment added .05/share to Q4 earnings. And do you know the Wagz financials? I'm guessing revenues are a couple million per year at most. Maybe much less. They can't be making money with such puny revenue. So why would that be accretive?? I wish they'd acquired a company with sizable revenues/profits for that much dilution.
