I found the acquisition to be ridiculous

It's why I was never that interested in the stock other than as a trader. The collar is likely to go nowhere, and will no doubt bleed cash. Just do a google search. Look at news stories. Nobody talks about or knows anything about this product and its very expensive. Even their website does an awful job explaining why anyone would want this thing let alone pay 300 bucks for it.

I can see this exploding up at some point, but you have to see it as a trade.
