I should never have posted the “waiting for Godot” joke, that thing has spread across the bulletin boards.

- At what point are people going to finally start saying, "Gee, something's not right"?
- At what point will people begin to understand that it doesn't take 11 months after data lock to release a simple top line data paragraph?
- At what point will people begin to see that "waiting to get everything just right so the shorts won't have any ammo" is just a dumb excuse, because everybody knows that positive data speaks for itself and to pretend otherwise is a lie?
- At what point will people acknowledge that "waiting for a publication" is another dumb excuse because a) people are dying of GBM while they are purportedly sitting around with these game-changing, earth-shattering results waiting for a publication, and b) there's nothing about waiting for a publication that precludes the release of a TLD paragraph as pretty much every biotech has done when releasing trial results throughout history?
- At what point are people going to realize that when they put in writing they were going to release TLD in September 2020, and then 11 months passed with no TLD and no update, it became obvious something is seriously wrong?
- At what point are people going to comprehend that changing the endpoints on 15-year-old trial right before they locked the data is not a good look at all?
- At what point will people accept the reality that using the trial's own data for comparisons is far more scientifically valid than using historical data?
- At what point will people figure out that the company is not releasing the data because it is a failed trial - a failed trial they have known about for six years but did not disclose - and that releasing the data would effectively end their ability to raise money and continue paying themselves?

I suspect for some, the answer to these questions is never. But all of that begs a new question:

- At what point will the lawsuits begin to drop?

If they continue to sit on these trial results and hide from shareholders like scared violets, the answer to that question is undoubtedly "very soon."
