1) Issue a false report of a prior CEO suddenly "resigning" and install one of "your own"
2) Con a Secretary of State - almost always WY and/or FL or NV into "we have control of the corp now"
3) Illegally gain access to OTC markets back-end and "update the stolen shell profile" adding new names, etc
4) Quickly issued 100% fraud based AMAZING SOUNDING PR - all proven lies now !!
5) Rapidly created a new TWITTER ACCOUNT very similar named to the old company's real account and then put, "OFFICIAL ACCOUNT" on it - and linked to a 2-bit website
6) SLAPS UP POS 2-bit website with words, "COMING SOON" EXACTLY as is the condition of the vapid stolen shell con NWGC-a-CON !! And I mean EXACT !!!
