Spain wasn't a party to Judd's claim.....When

a wreck is found there is a process to obtain title and declare ownership. Spain missed the window LONG AGO. If/when one of their wrecks is found they must make a claim within a prescribed timeline.

I am invested in the Pulaski wreck off of North Carolina. We periodically take or report our recovered items to the Admiralty Court. Someone would have to challenge and make a claim with that Court before the final Order is given.

Here is a link to the Order that gives SFRX rights to Juno. This is how the Order concludes.

WHEREFORE, it is Ordered and Adjudged that Final Judgment shall be entered by the Clerk in this matter directing that Seafarer is hereby the true, sole and exclusive owner of the Defendant Shipwrecked Vessel and having exclusive right to conduct recovery operations on the Defendant Shipwrecked Vessel and any items recovered therefrom.

Notice what is handwritten on the bottom of the Order.

The clerk shall close this case and all pending motions are denied and moot.

Please note:SFRX obtained title via a partnership that went south with Judd Laird. There seems to be a pattern there. Regardless, if they had another partnership and recovered items at Juno and the partner felt they didn't get their fair share on future recover items via the partnership, then they could make a claim, and vice versa.

But it's too late for Spain.
