No,, it did not,,, it was that newbie that knows everything---oh, by the way,, I got a PM from poster, in response to my earlier post,, he said all we need is the 10K audited and the Quarterly for 1st quarter 2021 does not need auditing. And we can be current -----

Is that correct???? Are you familiar with the requirements for SEC Reporting??? If so, we could be really close if the quarterly does not need auditing.....

Do we have any corporate CPAs here that are familiar with the reporting requirements for SEC Reporting companies??????

He also said the audit for 2020 is almost complete and the 1st quarter is done----duh, he has no evidence ,, just his comments---
