I don't think they are worried about the share price short term. The CEO bought a ton at around 2.5 if I recall, so I'm sure he is aware of the situation. I would rather they concentrate on the future and growth of the company this fall with the reg's coming into play, vs worrying about keeping the price up right now. I guess, the only mistake I saw was the 400mil guidance, but the year isn't over yet !! so well see.
