If my investment doesn't work out, i'm not going to linger on these boards because i didn't make any money. I'm aware of the risk that comes with investing in microcaps. What you're describing isn't anything unique to this company; it's pretty much how the game is played.

The vast majority of small businesses fail. The fact that they've been around for 20 years makes them one of the more successful companies out there. That sounds ridiculous I know but it's true.

And isn't selling shares to raise funds the entire point of becoming a publicly traded company? You're surprised that they dilute? Why? Also, they've been very clear about their salaries as they're stated very cleary in all of their 10ks.

Ram built a rocketship called SafeVChat and he's taking us to the moon. If you're not jumping on board because you didn't know how the game works and lost money once upon a time then that's fine too. Invest in a telescope company so you can see us waving back to earth.

You're warnings are certainly appreciated and thank you for looking out for new investors by outlining the risks. We need more of this in the OTC world so keep up the good work.
