Yes I saw that too... Could be a naked short covering which will be swept under the rug by MMs and go unaccounted for... Hence the low of the day did not change from .0165 to .01621 when that order went through... MMs and brokers sure have a nice little racket going on don't they? Hopefully a lot of that will stop when the OTC markets get cleaned up after the September 28th reporting and compliance deadline kicks in. smile

A trade for 4,865,519 at 11:36 @ .0162 but the low on overview is only .0165.
