Intel is a microprocessor/computer hardware manufacturer, not a money lender to companies on the OTC. They're also not in the business of investing in drug development companies. The most they'll do is partner with $ENZC to develop hardware to support AI used by $ENZC.
They have to answer to their own shareholders and there's no way their shareholders would be ok with lending money that they have "laying around" to an OTC Pink company that doesn't align with their overall core mission (manufacturing computer hardware).
Go $ENZC!
