Applyi8ng for a permit means nothing. I apply for ELectrical & Building permits all the time, and they take me weeks to get at times due to "covid delays"... LOL

This is "affecting the ground" situation, means extreme EPA studies and environmental impact studies and the like need to be done BEFORE a shovel full of ground can be legally disturbed..

And this location Gaston) was an old mine property closed down in 90's when Clinton Admin made massive EPA changes then, which still exist today, and Other environmental barriers to now cross today to EVER allow that property to be used again// Just cause it's there does not mean it can be utilized for such business today in 2021 !!
