Interesting comment. Soon now means years maybe which in geology could mean a few million years but in common parlance certainly does not. And the willingness to wait on Atacama developments is interesting as well.
Longs are not winning, they are not patient. If they are willing to wait years then why pump using numbers like .50 per share-(now three years old), or $1.00? You bought the stock, now move on and wait.
The only share price movement has not been because of what the company has said but what stock promoters intimate may occur. Being overseas makes for a challenge but I did have a conversation yesterday both with OTC market surveillance and the SEC about Atacama. What they were after was very specific in terms of what I related to them. The ties between several posts whose uncanny ability to predict news events like filings and the announcement of the BOD for Atacama. Having someone predict fifteen minutes before the release of the BOD news there was a gut feeling they found most interesting-because it seems tipping most likely was at play here. Secondly the news release on Tannahill we discussed and they saw the difference between the press release and the statement found on the company website. The PR stated acquisition, the website stated clearly it was not.
Another interesting point was the fact the company did publish the variation order in March but not the order in July stating the new defaults added to the cease trade order. There was a new variation order published yesterday as well. I encouraged them to reach out to the Alberta/Canadian regulators because of the new defaults, the selling of shares during the cease trade and other potential violations. I have another tentative phone appointment next week but working out timing as I will be on the move.
Now when you speak of soon, dealing with the regulators, soon might be more than a year away, or less but certainly not in the next few months given the numbers of cases that have come up due to the pandemic where fraud artists have been active. So Atacama is now on the radar and a reference number has been assigned to it. Soon things will happen.
