Energy One Corp (EGOC)

Hello EGOC friends.

I am from Germany and in 2009 I bought a lot of EGOC shares. On paper, I am now kind of rich. But it does not make me happy. My broker does not allow me to buy and sell EGOC since a few years. I am looking for a broker where I can possibly sell some of my EGOC-shares, but I can't find a broker that allows custody transfer of penny stocks.

Because of money laundering prevention it is also somehow forbidden as a German to use an American broker.

Can anyone tell me a broker that allows custody transfer of penny stocks, specifically EGOC?

My broker tells me to write to the issuer, but I don't know at all,
who to ask.

At the moment I also rather think that EGOC will rise even more.
