Saean will let us know when they're able to. I believe they have what they need (FINALLY). Have to wait for the process to play out. -Could be days, maybe weeks? I'm not sure what's going on behind the scenes right now. I believe we will see substantial changes very soon though. We might see some sort of public announcement next, or an update on the NVSOS?

There was a notice entry of Order filed today with the Court, so that's out of the way.

There's a Hearing tomorrow, but as I understand, that's "only" related to resetting "Saean's counterclaim schedule", as Mr. Sawyer's claim was just dismissed per Court Order.
