The MM's know the volume is very low right now, and they can easily manipulate it each day. But once RGBP becomes current, a huge amount of money will pour in from the sidelines, and it will swamp the MM's and their games. It'll happen soon. Just need those financials filed. RGBP is sure taking their sweet damn time on getting those filed. It's been painful to watch this on a daily basis get manipulated so badly.
