Our cap right now at 17 Million. If the company wanna raise funds for its operation let’s say in our case REG A tier2 at 50 Million dollars, these investors could buy the whole company for 17 Mil, so COWI have to raise the price of a share to I think at least a penny. Every shareholder that owns 10% or more have to file with SEC.
