This 30,000 share trade. It's just another way the market makers can manipulate stock price...form T trades, like this one, were designed to help ensure all trades went through the day of the trade, which wasn't always easy to do pre-electronic trading. Now, the mm's can use them to hide trades and prices to keep us, the retail investors, from reacting to actual events as they occur. Not saying that's what happened here, but...I hope that made sense.
