Here's one overriding condition. The FDA is OWNED/CONTROLLED BY BIG PHARMA...."lock stock and barrel". So the quiet period has a usefulness. Keeps all that crap at arms length.

Likely Scenario....Data reveals an unexpected unexplained result, (likely many), on a cellular level. It has to be reconciled. Where does NWBO go for the expertise to solve the mystery? The FDA will require proof.

Maybe NWBO should reconsider and "let all heel break loose" and publicize as much data as required to reveal the POSITIVES. Restore the FDA to their mandate to serve society and quit with the bureaucratic control.
