It is technically trading on the Pinks now, but is not in compliance with new filing requirements. CRGP has until the end of September to at least send some sort of filings to remain current or it will be sent back to the dark world. Some brokers are well aware of this and their risk management protocols are covering their own asses by declining to broker the shares to people. They will say it's to protect the customer, but in reality they are just protecting themselves, as they are likely concerned about the scarcity of shares and their ability to actually deliver, as they almost certainly do not hold an inventory of their own, meaning they would have to buy them from somewhere, which could be difficult if their are no shares left to buy.
