Agreed. Unfortunate reality of penny stocks is that 99.9% of them fail or flop. Even when they paint the rosiest of pictures and it seems all the "stars align"... in reality, behind the scenes... they do not. Not very many penny stock company's will refrain from embellishing or outright lies to further their profits. In the end, no matter what rosy picture they paint for the investor... truth is almost always that they are in it it for themselves.
