That may very well be the case!
To me, what you posted makes sense in light of the fact that Koos kicked into high gear to re-activate many of RGBP's Patents and in my mind WHY did he do this unless it was a buy out negotiation condition of a Big Pharma??
No Big Pharma is going to acquire any development stage Bio-Pharma with a portfolio of expired Patents. I already discussed this is a previous post.
Not only this to develop all those Patents is going to require some very serious money and logistics, the kind that only Big Pharmas have!
So this and in combo with him filing that 8K that protects against a Hostile Take Over during negotiations seems to fit a Buy Out-Merger Acquisition scenario.
