No, I think they will start buying still in the thirties in August and then maybe continue in the forties.

If they really think the PPS is way too low and that it is a "NO-BRAINER" they should start buying back their shares directly at the beginning of August. IMO there is NO REASON to wait. It would be stupid to NOT start buying in August! Later, the PPS could be higher and they would have to pay more, or get less shares...

"COOP's fair PPS is between $80 and $100"

Is this the price you expect COOP to pay, for their 'buy back' of shares?
