I don't believe for a minute you are patient, waiting for the CTO removal as that does not affect trading here, nor your ability to trade Atacama on the upward pump. The CTO to American traders means nothing-it is a far better thing for them to keep the CTO as bait to give some future potential story out there but the bottom line is Atacama cease trade order benefits trading here. Once the true nature becomes known through filings, it will have no value and the goose will be killed.
