Uc said the company was broke (no cash to continue funding cmkx)
All projects in default, no revenue...
and has never said anything about any other assets other than a brief hit of maybe something when he announced the interpleader

Company assets?
A few hundred $ in the bank - the old drill - the % of rights in a JV/another company still on the books (now worthless) - there is ZERO evidence going on 4 years later of any other assets

Typical S.O.P of UC/cmkx to hide the truth and facts

If there were any other real assets in cmkx control. I believe he would have used that play by now to keep the share holders in check. So now he uses Kevin and funds him from his hoard of cmkx shareholders cash he scammed
