H2R; this trial, this situation, is something that doesn’t come along much, let alone in a lifetime. This data is going to be pivotal in a way that will fundamentally change not only the way clinical research is done, it is a paradigm shift in the way we view treatment in general, and cancers in particular. I believe that what they uncovered in this data was shocking and the varieties of clinical significance from having prolonged the study will prove to be historic in it’s vast discoveries. This cannot be simply pronounced; it has to be dissected, interpreted, and it’s introduction to the scientific community and to the public has to be done in a manner that if the data is irrefutable the dissemination of the results has to be perfect so that the insidious voices of detractors, for whatever reason, can be snuffed out quickly with truth.
