Verb will continue to focus on its tech for application as a sales/marketing tool. Pay attention to what current customers are saying about the functionality of it and how it’s changing revenue generation for them.

The functionality of the VerbMail tech will change to meet the needs of customers. If that means that recipients are asked to download an app to view a message, they will. Especially if more and more people/businesses begin utilizing the tech. I can see the app being free for those just viewing messages, but an upgraded version with all the functionality for those creating content and tracking metrics. But, who knows…I think you have a valid criticism of the current version of VerbMail and I would encourage you to email management with that question. They are receptive..
