While it is well known that healthy plants………..of any species………are better equipped to resist pest infestation, never-the-less, critters absolutely do feed on healthy Cannabis.

Outdoor grows are rife with all sorts of unique problems, all brought about by the very fact that they are outdoor grows. Pest infestation is but one of many. If that were not the case, NOBODY would ever shoulder themselves with the added cost of building indoor grow facilities.

Some of those concerns associated with outdoor grows are:

1. Security concerns.
2. Insect infestation.
3. Inability to manipulate available light.
4. Inability to control weather.
5. Significant risk of environmental destruction of the entire crop.
6. Hydroponic delivery of nutrients much more difficult.
7. Significant risk of unwanted cross-pollination.
8. Many municipalities will not permit outdoor grows.
9. Reduced number of harvests due to #3 above.
10. Almost impossible to deliver product with the THC content which is attainable from indoor grows.
11. Much more difficult to deliver “truly organic” certified product.
12. Seasonal fluctuations in growing climate.

Yes, costs are less with outdoor grows. But so too is the potency and quality. Therefore, prices realized are significantly less and NGW would just be one amongst hundreds and hundreds delivering skunk-weed. Instead, in a very short time NGW has become an industry leader in quality and potency.
