Don't know who you are and what you do for a living. I have been in investment business for 30+ years. I have clients that I cannot buy these shares for as our company have a policy of not investing in OTC and it is something we do break for any reason. That being said, I have a close to double digit percentage of my own investment portfolio in this company. I have clients who have invested heavily in this company (sadly they had to withdraw funds from their accounts with our company to do it). I have many friends who are in this sector, who are also waiting to invest with their client portfolios, but have advised their clients to buy this outside of their investment accounts. They themselves are invested in this company. One of my friends have been in communication on a regular basis with management up to DL but have respected their request to end communications at DL.

The claims you make seems rather far fetched and in my opinion devoid of any facts to support them. You are absolutely entitled to your opinion and I will not delve into why you are posting as that is none of my business. I do worry about the morality of giving people investment advice on a message board, which is what you seem to be doing. All my posts will never tell anyone to invest in any stock, as that is something I do to my clients and not on a message board. I am merely explaining what my friends, colleagues and I are feeling about this company. We are all aware of the risks associated with a pre-revenue biotech and the hurdles a company like this will have to overcome. We are not disillusioned about the fact that the SP could tank if the results are not perfect. I do not see this as an all or nothing investment, because even if the results are not a slam dunk, they have reached a point where they will still have a chance for approval down the road and their Direct product will continue to have value. I think worst case scenario if trial is less than stellar is a SP around $0.50-0.75, which will make the valuation of the company in the $700M-$1B. I can see a major player coming in to scoop it up at those levels or higher should the trial not be the expected success. There's plenty to salvage and the company will still be able to greatly contribute to a BP's future portfolio of products. That being said, I do believe it will be successful. Good luck with your other investments if you are an investor, but I think you are well off in your analysis of this company.
