This is my first post on this impressive board.

None of the optimistic prognostication and speculation about this company and its disastrous Phase 3 trial, no matter how scientifically based or intelligent-sounding, has ever been right.

my conclusion is pretty simple: common sense.

Common sense says this is a failed trial and the company has been hiding it for six years. Common sense says you don't announce TLD three times in 2020 and even put in writing that you plan to release it in September 2020, and then fail to produce with no explanation and no new timeline. Common sense says something is seriously wrong when you declare data lock in October 2020 but by mid-July 2021 you haven't released TLD and have no update for shareholders or estimate of when TLD might be expected. Common sense says you don't conduct a trial for 15 years and then right before locking the data surreptitiously change the endpoints (again without telling shareholders) and change the comparisons to historical data instead of the trial's own data - unless, that is, you know the data is not good. Common sense says no one anywhere, anytime, ever, has sat on good news. People do not sit on good news for months and months and months. Common sense says that when you have bad news you sit on it while you frantically search for a way to make it sound better than it is.

That's what common sense actually says.

I got a fortune cookie last week, and I liked the inscription:

Yeah, that pretty well captures it. That's what it has come down to: Fortune cookies, unicorns, fantasies and fairies, wishes, hopes and dreams.

Before going further with this deep analysis I would posit two basic questions: 1) Why do the people running NWBO lie to their shareholders?, and 2) Why are they refusing to release the data?
