There is a huge difference between Canada's overproduction and the California market.
Compared to the incredibly cumbersome and almost impossible to navigate labyrinth of California's overregulation, Canada was a virtual cake-walk to get facilities up and running. Because of this, Canada had companies investing Billions (yes, that's billions) in grow facilities. Hence, there was, and still remains, overproduction in Canada.
California on the other hand, is still experiencing significant shortages of cannabis, especially the high-end craft cannabis. Other than the overregulation by the state, it is perhaps the biggest complaint of dispensaries...........that they can't obtain sufficient quantities of legal, "Track and Trace" compliant, high quality product.
And when coupled with the State's increased crack down on black market suppliers, the supply will only diminish as we move forward.
Facility B will help fill that supply gap.
