To all who responded to my question please accept my gratitude for your time and thoughts... my question was not for me, but a friend who was given "advice" by his money manager to sell all his nwbo stock... and the reason was institutional investors were selling all their holdings of nwbo...so he had his entire number of shares on a sell order for $1.50...because of your replies, I was able to convince him to only sell about 37 percent and continue on house money... again, thank you for your help... this is a great community of informed investors...(-:
