Covid cases on the rise in Israel

More than 90% of the people have been vaccinated, yet there is a little surge underway.

At least the Tollovir trial can move along there now. It is interesting however to note that the trial there was initiated in mid April when cases had gone to at or near zero. I guess it was an oversight to start the trial, say, in February when cases were peaking. With cases at zero in April, exactly when did Todos' CEO expect to get the trial moving along, especially with so few patients to test it on and with the most recent Covid cycle having just ended in early April??? Very bizarre planning or something else going on here.
