Now THAT's One EYE OPENING COMPARISON OF RGBP VS Kite Pharma!
Obviously we have FAR more than they did at their Buy out of ~ $12 Billion with only (1) FDA Cleared Patent and 26X RGBP'Ss DEBT!
Same immuno-oncology space same mRNA Disruptive Biotechnology BUT with far less attention to mRNA technology then compared to NOW!
Obviously we have FAR MORE such Patents than they did with prior FDA IND approval now being re-activated!..PLUS TWO (2) Current FDA Approved INDs about to enter Clinical Trials for treating pancreatic & colon cancer, and also positioned to receive revenues Q over Q for 15 YEARS!
Any Big Pharma that buys us out is going to be fast tracked to a top global player in the mRNA biotechnology space with nearly two dozen mRNA based Patents good to go in the immuno-oncology space!!
Also the Buy Out Price tag will no doubt be fare more than $12 Billion, possibly 3X that amount IMO.
I would be willing to say that RGBP will sell for many more multiples than Kite Pharma when the time comes, if Koos takes it in that direction which actually is very much a possibility based on that 8K he filed to prevent a Hostile Take Over during buy out negotiations.
I also read that when Kite Pharm was bought out by Gilead, it was purchased for many multiples MORE than it was trading for at that time!
My honest opinion and GUT discernment, Koos is preparing to sell this company and the MAIN tip off to that above and beyond that 8K he filed to protect against a Hostile Take Over, is reviving ALL RGBP's Patents, and what that means to me is with that done, any acquiring Big Pharma can immediately turn around and put any combination of them OR ALL of them into Clinical Trials via ownership re-assignment of the INDs which is just a matter of paperwork on the FDA side of things! That would definitely be a key element of the Buy Out parameters.
Hold on to our hats...BIG things about to DROP!!! PLUS going Pink Current STRAIGHT AHEAD!!!
Global Buy Volume of RGBP day after day is going to blow the lid off the PPS and take the crooked MMs with it!
What I've learned about how they roll, is THEY CAN'T HANDLE MASSIVE SUSTAINED BUY VOLUME...it totally renders them helpless! THAT IS THEIR WEAKNESS which they have ZERO CONTROL OVER!!!
Just image a very large percentage of investors throughout Europe, Asia, and the U.S. COMBINED POST-PINK CURRENT BUYING RGBP by the Millions upon Millions of shares hour after hour, day after day over a prolonged period of time! LOL! This could easily cause the PPS to rise into the double and triple digit DOLLAR RANGE! It could happen!
